approx 20+ houses all same band same street ????

I suspect it's a bit difficult to get the plans for a property without paying for them, however, I looked on local estate agents web sites which had "approximate" plans on them. This gave my their layout and room sizes. This convinced the VOA chap, who dropped me down a band. :-)

We've appealed about our band, and its has been turned down flatly because (1) we have not recently purchased the house (2) we have lived hear since 1986 and appeals should have been registered by 30th November 1993.

So, a flat turn down.

Has anyone sucessfully had their band reduced, recently, living in their property since 1991?
