I want to make some for presents but looking at recipes some say use vinegar , some don`t.
has anyone got a foolproof recipe please

I use this one. I find if you line a bowl with greasproof paper and pour it into that to set it works best, otherwise it spreads out a bit and goes too thin. (Might just be me...)

When I tried Nigella's it kind of went a bit sticky :-( No sure what I did wrong.

It's ment to say 1 and 1/2 teaspoons lol. X

Honeycomb does go sticky once the air gets at it. Did you leave it out for a while? It might help if you put it in an airtight container as soon as it is ready. I could be wrong though?!
