Nationwide Court action Urgent help please

I am currently on a debt management program with payplan, I have nine accounts
All of which have accepted payplans offers, four of the accounts are with nationwide, they have accepted the offers on three of the accounts but have rejected the offer on my wife’s credit card, the account was opened in 2003, after reading these forums I have sent two CCA requests to KPR/Nationwide the first in May and then June recorded delivery, They have not responded. I have also sent a further request on the 5th November, as yet no response.
I have now received a court claim form, I contacted the FSA who are sending
Myself a letter to send to the nationwide solicitors + the courts in an attempt to cease court action as the account is now in official dispute.
I have no experience in these matters and would be grateful for any assistance/ advise.

Hi there,
Can't offer much in the way of advice here sadly. Sounds like the FSA letter may help.
One question though, did you ask for a copy of your wife's CCA or did your wife? may make a difference whether or not they feel the need to respond, as it is your wife's account.:beer:0 -
Thanks for the reply, yes my wife sent the letters i just drafted them.0

They may well not have the CCA. Marbles ignored my requests (3 in all) for a few months. I then sent them a formal complaint which they can't ignore. They replied and admitted they couldn't find a copy of my agreement, not even a reconstituted one. Was an old account mind (2000 ish).
Maybe the same with yours and Nationwide.
Its against OFT guidelines to pretend a CCA exists when it doesn't
Good luck with getting it sorted:beer:0
