This competition is open from 09/11/11 to 20/12/11 to all Nectar cardholders who are aged 18 or over except employees of Loyalty Management UK Limited or anyone else connected with the promotion.

1. There is one prize of 100,000 Nectar points to be won.
2. The competition has two stages. The first stage is a question-based game of skill. The second stage is a prize draw in which all entrants who have correctly answered the question in the first stage will be entered into.
3. Stage One: Eligible cardholders can enter the competition by redeeming 50 Nectar points for one entry, and they can redeem multiples of 50 Nectar points for multiple entries. For example, by choosing to purchase three entries into the competition, they will have redeemed 150 Nectar points. Eligible cardholders should enter the number of entries they wish to purchase against the answer they believe is correct.
4. Stage Two: All eligible cardholders who have answered the question in Stage One correctly will be entered into the prize draw (the number of entries will depend on the number of points they have redeemed in Stage One).
5. The Stage Two prize draw will take place following the end of the promotion period. The winner of the competition will be the first name drawn at random from valid entries.
6. The results of the competition are final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prize is non-transferable.
7. The prizewinner will be notified by Nectar by phone or email (using the contact details Nectar holds for the winner on nectar.com) by 19/01/12. The 100,000 points will be awarded to the winners Nectar account within 28 days of Nectar successfully contacting the winner.
8. Before entering the competition, cardholders should ensure their contact details held on nectar.com are up to date.
9. The prizewinner must be prepared to take part in all publicity related to the promotion.
10. Details of the prizewinner can be obtained for a period of 6 weeks following the end of the competition by sending a SAE to Nectar Play Competition, Loyalty Management UK Limited, 80 Strand, 3rd Floor, London WC2R 0NN.
11. By entering the competition, Nectar cardholders agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
