1. This competition is open from 9/11/11 to 12/12/11 to all Nectar cardholders who are aged 18 or over except employees of Loyalty Management UK Limited or anyone else connected with the promotion.
2. There is one prize of a £500 Virgin Experience Days Gift Card to be won.
3. The competition has two stages. The first stage is a question-based game of skill. The second stage is a prize draw in which all entrants who have correctly answered the question in the first stage will be entered into.
4. Stage One: Eligible cardholders can enter the competition by redeeming 10 Nectar points for one entry, and they can redeem multiples of 10 Nectar points for multiple entries. For example, by choosing to purchase three entries into the competition, they will have redeemed 30 Nectar points. Eligible cardholders should enter the number of entries they wish to purchase against the answer they believe is correct.
5. Stage Two: All eligible cardholders who have answered the question in Stage One correctly will be entered into the prize draw (the number of entries will depend on the number of points they have redeemed in Stage One).
6. The Stage Two prize draw will take place following the end of the promotion period. The winner of the competition will be the first name drawn at random from valid entries.
7. The results of the competition are final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prize is non-transferable.
8. The prizewinner will be notified by Nectar by phone or email (using the contact details Nectar holds for the winner on nectar.com) by 11/01/12. If Nectar is unable to contact the winner by 18/01/12 then that winner will be disqualified from winning the prize and the prize will be given to the next eligible cardholder drawn at random from valid entries who Nectar successfully contacts.
9. Virgin Experience Days Gift Card can only be redeemed at https://www.virginexperiencedays.co.uk/giftcard where the winner can select their experience and use the amount on the card for full or part payment towards their chosen experience (details of general restrictions applied to each experience are available on the Virgin Experience Days website). Any balance remaining can be used towards future purchases with Virgin Experience Days.
10. The Virgin Experience Days Gift Card will expire 12 months after date of issue and the remaining balance will be deducted. This cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. This card should be treated as cash. No change will be given and the card cannot be replaced if lost, damaged or stolen.
11. The Virgin Experience Days Gift Card is not a credit, charge or cheque guarantee card.

13. Before entering the competition, cardholders should ensure their contact details held on nectar.com are up to date.
14. The prizewinner will receive their Virgin Experience Days Gift Card within ten working days of Nectar successfully contacting them.
15. The prizewinner must be prepared to take part in all publicity related to the promotion.
16. Details of the prizewinner can be obtained for a period of 6 weeks following the end of the competition by sending a SAE to Nectar Play Competition, Loyalty Management UK Limited, 80 Strand, 3rd Floor, London WC2R 0NN.
17. By entering the competition, Nectar cardholders agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
