Couldn't find a recipe for this and as it's more expensive than some bread to buy I decided to try my own. Used breadmaker to mix and prove then baked the dough in the oven. Recipe(ecxept for linseed) from the Hinari Recipe book.
13 fl oz tepid water
20 oz plain bread flour
1 tablespoon milk powder
2 teaspoons salt
3 teaspoons sugar
1 1/2 oz butter
2 teaspoons dried yeast
4 oz linseed
Mix linseed with the flour. Put ingredients into breadmaker in the order of the list of ingredients.
Put on dough setting
leave in breadmaker to prove/rise for an hour or so
Take out, shape into a loaf shape and put on a floured tin tray gas mark 5 until golden and cooked.
Far better than leaving it in the breadmaker to cook-it will make a larger lighter loaf if cooked in the oven.

Hi angelatgraceland,
I use linseeds along with other seeds (pumpkin, sunflower and sesame) in my bread but I always grind them first. I started doing this because one of my children didn't like the whole seeds. I've since read on this forum that linseeds need to be ground to get the full benefit. There are more details and links on this thread: Linseed help!
On the other hand, some people have said that the goodness is destroyed by heat.....so I'm not sure if I'm wasting my money buying seeds for bread.

I got them from by bumper Julian Graves shop Saturday. Didn't grind them-didn't think of it-it truly was "experimental"-not sure if the bought stuff is ground or not. I will give it a try though next time though as I am very pleased with this loaf. I like the taste and texture as it is but my children aren't small. I will look into the Linseed links though-sounds interesting. ThanksAnnual Grocery budget 2018 is £1500 pa £125 calendar month £28.84 pw for 3 adults0

Hi lil_me,
I have bought the linseed on their own in holland and barratt and the sunflower (33p/100g), pumpkin (59p/100g) and sesame (29p/100g) from asda, on the baking shelf, near the flour.
I recently got a 500g mixed bag of them all on offer from Julian Graves for 75p. I'm not sure if this was a local or nationwide offer, normally the same bag retails for £2.89.
