I've had a few payments from them over the years, it'll be fine. It may be that you've missed the cut off for one months payment, so it'll go onto the next :)
  • Yes thanks had email from them today, it says it can take up to 30 days so will wait and see now. thanks for replys.

I wouldn't worry about pureprofile at all. They have been very good and I have been with them for years without any issues. It does takes about 4 weeks for your redemption to come through. Just be patient :)
  • my pureprofile payment went into the bank today, it took about 30 days to be processed.

  • Really peed off with this sight just spent 45 minutes completing a survey on smoking fully , even getting thanked for filling it out and what do they pay me 5p and not the 5.75 promised. This site is fast becoming a joke. I have had so many surveys fulled completed only to be ripped off. Sent another complaint not that i ever get a tidy answer as always get fobbed off by them. They used to be brilliant but god they've gone down hill.
