Two free 227g bags of premium coffee (2.99 p&p)

First post on this board, so please forgive any mistakes. I did a search for this offer, but couldn't find it.

If you sign up to Zabu Coffee, you get two 227g samples, one of their house blend, and one of Colombian Medellin Exelso, either whole bean or ground. You do have to pay £2.99 postage, and they will keep sending you two bags a month. So you have to cancel your membership if you don't want to be charged for any more! Cancel membership on this number: 0844 375 1695

I can't post a link as a newbie, but it's zabu coffee dot com, then click 'buy coffee' tab.

Hope someone finds this useful.

Hi, I signed up for this. The coffee came after about ten days. It is good but so expensive! I cancelled yesterday. This stuff is £6.50/bag once you take into account postage. Sainsbury Taste The Difference is £3.

Lavazza beans are half the price on Amazon £12/kg (£3/bag).

    Here is the link.

On that page towards the bottom is 0800 2982211 phone number, (free from a landline), that might be able to be used in place of the premium rate 0844 number.

I used this number to cancel mine. They were fine about it and processed the cancellation.

Great, although I did speak to them yesterday on the 0800 number to ask various Q's, and was told the only way to cancel was to use the 0844 number, I told them that they were not being customer friendly by using a premium rate revenue sharing number and that some possible customers,(including myself), would not use those numbers so they could be losing future customers, she said she would pass on my comments to management.

What is the coffee like? Bearing in mind I would need it pre ground as I don't possess a grinder, is it then similar to ordinary instant/ground, and does it last OK if put into airtight containers?

  • Am I missing the bit where you can order online? I don't normally have a problem but on this page when I click the order online option it just takes me back to the same page with information but no order form!

Yeah, that's not what I was asking. The website said it had an option to order online so I was asking how to do that, since my post was after the phone line closed for the day. I'm glad I'm not the only one who couldn't figure it out though!

I've since ordered by phone and they were very helpful. I feel bad I'm going to cancel now :o
