Thanks SueMaggie ! (I think) Good luck with the proper comping. We haven't much time to get a big win now, had some lovely wins this year though - the biggest was £500 which bought my laptop and my favourite was a stay at Loch Lomond. Still a few days left!

Hope you get your bed sorted out Sue. I have just decided the kids need new duvets and pillows - don't think my timing is very good! Just got DS a new bed and then I noticed everything else. Just ordered them from Argos to be delivered so that was easy. Running out of energy to shop as I need it all for comping.

Well I am waiting on xmas orders to come too so cant go out anywhere yet. Plus dd is finishing at 1pm but i still have to get other kids at 3pm.
Boiler man has phoned...part isnt coming in till monday so without heating till then wish i could go out to mams for a warm! Desperate for a bath too.

I will post my usual comps sometime today...when i get warmer!

O'h Wingo you aren't without hot water too are you? Really feel for you in the cold. We have a seperate emersion heater which is really handy.

How is your DD now?

I don't have a hangover I didn't over do it, it's hard work enough 16m old running riot without a hangover.....thou OH is sure to have 1 after his works do on Sat lol

Glad TV has finally come wingo. Shame about your heating. We have had blokes in twice so far. Have only been puting it on in bedroom last couple of days as is costing us a fortune

Waiting for OH to text me if the postie has bought me any goodies but with out postie I could be waiting all afternoon.

Snowing a bit here but its too wet to stick at minute. Could do without it sticking tho cos of getting to and from work. Not like last year when I could walk to work.

Yep sheils, we're without hot water too as the pressure pump and something else has gone. I'm sure my kettle will burn out soon for the amount of times i've had to boil it!

Becks, I'm sure I saw someone post that they had won from the comp last week so you must get to know fairly quick. Good luck with it

I've been in touch with school over DD and they had also noticed she was depressed. I explained everything she told me and then they called back to say she had been put in the wrong classes from the start and her grades were higher than they thought. She is getting moved in january so hopefully she will be starting to feel better in herself. They are also putting her in self esteem sessions with counsellor

OMG thats terrible Wingo - take it you don't have an electric shower either? Don't know how we would cope.
Glad the school is taking things seriously with your DD - fingers crossed they will get it all sorted out.

Good afternoon all, been so busy here but hopefully not doing much this weekend so can comp LOADS (hopefully anyway lol)

Helped out local playgroup this morning with a carol service, won loads of chocs, a professional massage *swapped that with a friend though as she won some tickets to local play centre but won't use them, my LO would love it lol* & got given loads of cakes to take home that hadn't sold!

Then spent my Co-op membership vouchers, managed to get DD & LO a box of Randoms each - been looking for them in lots of shops but not seen them anywher else.

May I ask a question? I have searched for the Take A Break Winter 2011 answers everywhere... and my searches have come back cannot find - I have check the take a break puzzles thread as well.

Does anyone know where this is posted or has it not been posted yet?
It has been out for a few weeks but may not have been added yet.
