    It seems like perhaps I was not very clever here than, but to be honest I had reason to be so defensive.

    It is amazing the amount of knowledge you guys have here

    Actually I am currently preparing a letter to them.

    I often get confused when writing should you tell you employer all the cards up your sleeve?

    I mean if I tell them everything I be bringing in my defence than will they not better prepared to defend in the court.

    why are you writing a letter - what do you want to happen?

    and why are you going to court?
    Debt free 4th April 2007.
    New house. Bigger mortgage. MFWB after I have my buffer cash in place.

    The letter is appeal against the grievance finding please see post #1

    To answer the 2nd question I am preparing a full report for the benefit of forum so I can have impartial advice but it would be very long story so would need so time to prepare.
