Do any lenders consider wftc or maintenance as 'other income'? if so, which lenders are these?

Many lender s will accpet these - however at varying degrees i.e some will take all of the income into account and other say only 50%

No its not supported by a court order but my ex partner has paid me on time every week for the last 7 years, but I suppose they wouldn't take that into account and wouldn't expect them too.I wished the buck stopped here as I could use a few!0
