Looking at the OP's post and replies. The OP would have been list "99" straight away , at the same time of filling in the enhanced CRB. As originally stated, it is farcicle? He could provide past CRB's. For me the employer is being over cautious, to the point of ridiculous.The list "99" puts him in the clear straight away to work. The system is a total joke.0
