Self Debt Management!

Hi Guys, I just wanted to post my positive experience. Still in debt, (£10,300) but I am now repaying! Wohooo!
Basically I got my head out the sand and rang each creditir myself. I have plans with each and repay a slightly lower amount, but without interest! SO my debt is coming down and I'll get no defaults registered. :-) This is set for a year (MBNA set for 5! much better) other companies ay extend the plans when we reevaluate after a year.
just wanted to say despite the initial tears, and worrying about my credit file, its a massive eight off my mind!
5 years at this rate and I'll be debt free. However I am paying further chunks off when I get bonuses etc so It will be less.
