Any ideas for an inexpensive christmas goodie bag?

Tenth Anniversary 500 Posts Combo Breaker
We have friends coming for dinner the last weekend of the month & I wanted to do the kids (my dd & their ds) a goodie bag to do whilst the adults natter!

Any ideas what to put in pref to around a fiver each bag?

ETA they're 5 & 4!

    wilko have some great £1 christmas craft sets at the moment. Apart from that, christmas colouring/sticker books, felt tips, wind up santas, pooing reindeer, puzzles, christmas window tumblers things, a simple magic trick/practical joke, basically anything from the stocking filler section of Hawkins bazaar
  • Yeah they love stickers actually so will try and find some xmas ones!

    Slinkys work really well as kids love them. The Works has some for £1 at the moment..

    Poundland also had sheets of christmas stickers
  • In the 99p store they have sea fossils, you have to dig a two small plastic sea creatures (makes a bit of a mess, we it on a tray!!). They also had dinosaur ones.
    My dd bought one with her tooth fairy money and it kept her & friends with ages ranging from 4 to 9 occupied for ages. Best toy i have found for so cheap! :)
