Slow cooking help

I made herbed chicken in the slow cooker last night. It finished about midnight and I transferred it into boxes for freezing, but then forgot to put them in the freezer until this morning. Will it be okay, or should I throw it out?

I would shove it in the freeezer, I've done this myself seveeral times and no-ones got ill (yet!). I fyour kitchen is like mine - unheated except by bodies - then the food will not have been too warm overnight.:jMoney saving eco friendly Fertility reflexology specialist :j0

I`ve done this so many times that i`ve lost count
Shove them in the freezer, we`ve never been ill either. The chicken will have taken a while to cool down anyhow before you could have refrigerated it. I cook mostly overnight and then pop cooled down food in the fridge/freezer later in the day.

Normally the kitchen would be unheated, but last night I forgot to switch the heating off so it was about 67 degrees all night. Explains why I've got a woolly head this morning0

If your heating was on all night, i personally probably wouldn't risk it. You'll not do that again , shame!!!!
Ill merge this with food safety later
