Hi all,
Hope I'm in the right section, sorry if not.
Our 28" widescreen has been slowly dying for about 6 months now, needing the odd bang on the side to stop the picture flicking around. I think the time has finally come for it to be replaced and dh would very much like to get a few extra inches (Men! ) and get a 32". Don't really want, lcd, rear projection, etc, etc. Just a bog standard big bum telly with a good pic and a cheap price.
So far have found £249 at Argos, can anyone beat this as if not I don't think I can justify £100 difference for that extra little bit when we're trying to save moving costs
thanks

Think about ebay - loads of people selling off perfectly good TVs as they're replacing them with lcds. You can pick up very good 32" TVs for around £100-150.0

Try Homebase if you have one near you. Yesterday I noticed a no name 28" for £100 and a brand name (Phillips I think) for about £140. Seemed to be selling stock of as there was only one or two of each on the shelf.Humans only use around forty percent of their brains capacity. Imagine what we could achieve if we used the other seventy percent!0

Asda! I got a 28" from there last week £1500
