Charles Fish Boutique competition terms and conditions
1. The prize draw runs from Wednesday 9th November to Tuesday 20th December 2011.
2. Only one entry is permitted per person.
3. Applicants can enter online at edenshopping.co.uk/competition or in-store by filling in the competition form found on page 27 of the Eden Christmas magazine. Those entering in-store must agree to the online terms and conditions.
4. The winners will be the first qualifying entries drawn at random after the draw closes at 11pm on Tuesday 20th December 2011.
5. The Winners will be notified by phone on Wednesday 21st December 2011.
6. here will be a total of four winners. The prize draw winner will receive the following prize - £250 gift card from Charles Fish Boutique, Eden store.
7. The prize must be collected by the winner from Charles Fish Boutique, Eden by 4th January. No cash or prize alternative is available.
8. The Charles Fish Boutique gift card must be used within one year and will not be valid after 21st December 2012.
9. The decision of the Eden Management is final in all matters concerning the draw.
10. The names of the winner will be available after Tuesday 20th December 2011 on written application to the Customer Services Desk.
11. The prize draw organiser reserves the right to amend the competition.
12. The prize draw is open to all South East of England residents only, except employees and their immediate families of Eden High Wycombe and Fish Brother’s Group.
