Help finding a recipe

My mum has just been on the phone to me, desperate to find a recipe she's lost but I can't find it by googling so I hope you guys can help.
It was published in a magazine in the 80's, described as "Lady Dianas Favourite Chocolate Cake". It was a rather odd cake, you make it in a 9" tin, it puffs up, but it sinks as it cools. The centre goes chewy, but the outside stays high and crisp.
Unfortunately googling comes up with all kinds of choccy biscuit concoctions thanks to the Royal Wedding.
I'm hoping someone can help, because my Dad wants a slice and since it's so rare for him to be interested in food now we'd like to get him one!

I could have sworn it had flour in, but the rise and fall sounds very much like it. I guess I'll try this one out myself and see. Thanks for that.Softstuff- Officially better than 0070
