We have sold the house and will be moving in with my parents for a while (they own a guest house so room should be ok).
We clear all but 16k of debt so it is a way forward. Just feels a step back aswell as we have no property/deposit.
Guess it's a means to an end though.
Any advice on how to stay positive whilst living with parents?:rotfl:

Erm...turn to drink! Only kidding! Maybe get an interest away from the house that doesn't cost too much. Walking, swimming, erm.....do lots of overtime so you can escape and earn money. Hope it all goes well for you.January budget

Oh good luck!
Well having a guest house means they will be busy with that and not 'interfering' a lot? I don't mean to suggest that they are the interfering types but I hope you know what I mean.
I definitely would try and get out & about as much as possible for free or cheaply.
Also, in my experience, try not to 'fight' the Alpha Female woman of the house with anything about the way she runs it - it's a lost cause and pointless!
Well done on taking such a brave step in your fight to get out of debt, I applaud you. :TBank Balance: In the black for the moment.
