I wrote to orange 2 weeks back offering a full and final settlement of £62 for a debt of £84 with them from a contract I used to have. Thus far they have not responded, what should I do if they ignore the letter completely?

I'd leave it a week or 2 and then send a similar letter, although I think you may have been a bit generous with the offer. Full and final offers though are based on the age of the debt, whether you've been paying anything towards the debt each month and often the amount of debt. Get everything in writing though before paying and ensure the letter from Orange includes the words as full and final settlement regarding the settlement.
Good luck
RedIf you've nothing decent to say, perhaps you shouldn't say anything.

received a letter this morning from Orange. They are happy to receive my payment over the phone. I have phoned and arranged to pay on Wednesday when my next bit of grant is due in.0
