I have emailed CS just in case there is a problem and they are sat in the naughty corner waiting for despatch sometime never.;)
It certainly sounds like a glitch somehere. The last time this happened to me at Boots, they said the order was lost in the system, and I never did recieve it.~ What goes around comes around ~0 -

Oh dear, not looking good. I initially thought that there may have been a problem because of the date but someone who had the silly date did get theirs delivered. Oh well fingers crossed Comping from May 2012

I ordered the ear muffs on the 17th and they arrived this saturday morning by a man in a white van.0

Funny thing is my account still says delivery by 31st dec - whereas they arrived within a couple of days of ordering last week and for another item (which was also delivered separately) it says pending delivery - so definitely some glitches in the system - and thats before they get busy for Christmas!
Now debating as usually spend £10 on various friends kids whether to give them just the headphones or add something else...am worried they might be considered 'naff' although my teckkie 13yr old son liked the idea of them.0 -
I ordered mine on the 17th too and mine says exactly the same, hope these turn up.
They are also advertising these on Groupon for £12.99, so I hope these turn up0
