Medical Form for Employment

Hi Members,
I have accepted a job overseas and part of the contract is that I have to provide a full medical examination report with blood test results and all. I have been given an 8 page form to take to a doctor complete and attach test reports.
My GP says that this is not something GPs or NHS do and private hospital says that unless I am a patient with a consultant, they cannot help.
What are my options?

GPs do it but not on the NHS. You will have to pay your GP (or another GP) privately.A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0
