I am not sure if this is the right place but here goes,
My dd started a trainee job through connexions in June, she worked there for 4 months and was never given a contract of employment, she was told her pay day was the 28th of the month and she was never paid on the correct day. The last 2 months she was given a cheque so had to wait almost a week for it to clear.
Over the 5 months she has had hardly any training and has spent most of her time blogging (for the company website), she has asked about the training and was told he would work out a training schedule. This turned out to be 1 hour a week!! which never happened either.
2 weeks ago she was told the 'training wasnt working out' and she would leave at the end of the following week.
She left last week and recieved her P45 today but no final payslip, the figures on the P45 against her last payslip it looks like they have processed her final 2 weeks pay but not any holiday pay (she is owed 3 days) and it only has the figures for that company and does not include the figures of the P45 she gave in from her last job.
She has asked when she will recieve her payslips and final pay but has not had a reply.
Does anyone know where she will stand on getting her money and getting any holiday pay owed to her?
And knowing her P45 is wrong as it only includes this 1 job can she give this in to a new employer?
