Help with capital one

Hi,

I got into trouble with my credit card CC, I took a job abroard and arranged to pay £500 on the 1st of November and then again on the 5th and then £500 on the 1st of December. These payments would get my card back under limit and on track. I payed the 1st one on line and tried to pay the next payment on line (as I am abroad) but they have stopped me using the on line service. I have no way of contacting them until I return next week (costs a fortune on my mobile) now I am getting calls from a dept collecting agency!
Has anyone any advice?

How far in arrears are you?
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.
