    Equifax was the only 1 that I couldn`t order online, kept getting the same message as you and that was a few months ago now, ended up printing off the application form in the end:)

    i think i could well be heading the same way, their site is bloody useless tbh, unlike experian!

    Same with me and thought it was just me doing something wrong!!
    I downloaded their application and sent it recorded delivery ;)
