First thing first, if you are close to the 14 days then acknowledge the claim saying that you are going to defend.
You can do this online by using the link and password given on the claim form.

I have acknowledged the claim, i think the debt must be from a catalog because i never had store cards.
now i just need to fill in the defence part, do i just write the statue barred statment in?

Wescot are doing this with lots of statue barred debts.
