    1. Look at their website and familiarising yourself with the company and any recent or upcoming developments.
    2. Check out your travel arrangements, bus times, parking etc.
    3. Work out what you're going to wear - make sure everything's washed, ironed etc.
    4. Plan answers to the type of questions you're often asked eg Why do you want this job? What are your strengths and weaknesses?
    5. You may find these sites useful but there are plenty of others.

    6. Look over your CV/application form (you did keep a copy didn't you?)
    7. Have a restful evening and an early night.

    Good luck!
  • All the previous tips are exactly what I would have suggested. The more knowlegable you are about the retailer the better off you will be. Some questions they may ask you are:

    1. How would you deal with a face to face customer complaint?
    2. Briefly describe a good customer service experience you have had and how did it make you feel. Also describe a bad one and how did it make you feel and what would have made the situation better.

    Good luck

If you can sell an extended warranty, you'll be well on the way with any high street electrical retailer.
