Advice needed on behalf of my parents

Hi everyone
Been a reader of these forums for a couple of years now.
They helped massively when I needed some help regarding my own money worries which thankfully have now been resolved.
I have just found out from my mum that her and my stepdad have been summoned to court regarding mortgage arrears. She is in bits and very depressed, and asked if I could find out where she can email for help. She asked if Martin has a personal email address or anything as she really needs to contact an expert.
I hope someone can help/offer any advice?

Hi, I work in this area and I would recommend she contact the free action group Shelter. www.shelter.org or she can call them on 0808 8004444, They are open Mon-Fri 8am-8pm and Sat & Sun 8am - 5pm.
The main is that she does not panic. If you want to PM for anything further will need to know, how much arrears she is in (amount and how many months) and has she spoken to her mortgage company recently. Reason for the arrears.
I cannot guarantee that I can help but will assist and give as much information as I can.Debt free as of 7.20am on 31st December 2012.
Wow. Feels great :j :beer:0
