no from where im sat looking at this pile of fraud .there handwriting there paperwork .absolutley no lies or mistruths ,they in a right royal mess because people like you wont address issues. reading some of your post and the other posts you make it sound like rocket science your either an accountant or hmrc .it really is simple

If the way you communicate with HMRC and the Ombudsman is anything like the illiterate rubbish you've posted here I'm not surprised you haven't got anywhere with whatever it is you're complaining about.
