Anyone Studied/Studying CIMA?

My work have agreed to pay for me to go to the taught lessons and revision lessons for modules P1 and F1.
The taught lessons don't start until around 3 1/2 months before the exam, this is when I will receive my "study materials". Does anyone have any idea whether this will be sufficient time to do this? Specially considering I am doing two exams.
Also on another note will anyone else be studying for these in the May12 exam? If so it would be nice to know as it might be worth keeping in contact on here, to help eachother with any problems.
Thanks for any replies.

This is a forum for accountancy students for future reference.
As for your question on study materials - that depends... I've known people who needed to study for months, most was completely happy with the time limit prepared by provider (ie tought courses and given materials on day 1) and one of my bosses just read the book several times over before the exam and passed every single one first time...0 -
Thanks for the forum. Also the information on amoutn of time is quite interesting. I think I will have to investigate further.0
