Hey guys,

I know most of you are probably thinking it’s a bit early for this, however the aim of this is to see how much we can pay off of our mortgages in 2012.

We will be standing at £246,872 on January 1st, and wish to be below £200,000 by the end of the year, instead of £237314, meaning we need to find an extra £718 per week!

I’ll put your name down if you want to join us!

V

Chris and Vika - £0/37,314
Elwistua - Target £1,800
Barny1979 - Target £8,500
Tilly MFW6Y - Target £24,000

Hi guys , there is usually a thread running everyear for this, 2011 is being run by cake21, and has a chart which you can check on how you and everyone else are doing and shows your targets etc. Plus there are the mortgage free in three challenges however this one only has a year left so is probably not suitable. Good luck.

Thanks, do you want me to integrate this somewhere else? Will mail admin if so!

Sorry, not trying to be bossy its completly up to you! I'm sure there will be a new mortgage free wanabee challenge for 2012 if you wanted to have a record of all your figures to check back on, have a look at cake 21's thread to see what I mean. Theres no harm in having your own thread too though.:D
