Hi All,
2012 is the year to sort out my finances, so in preparation I need to acquire my credit files,
Am I right in thinking that there is only:
Equifax
Experian
CallCredit
And I can request these by sending relevant details and a £2 postal order?

Experian, Equifax & Callcredit are the only 3 real mainline agencies that you need to bother with.
A report directly from each of those will give you all the info you need.

That's right, there are only three consumer credit reference agencies in the UK - Experian, Callcredit and Equifax. You can order £2 reports through our websites, or send us a £2 cheque or PO if you wish. Alternatively, of course, there are the free online trials of the monitoring services.
James Jones“Official Company Representative
I am an official company representative of Experian. MSE has given permission for me to post in response to queries about the company, so that I can help solve issues. You can see my name on the companies with permission to post list. I am not allowed to tout for business at all. If you believe I am please report it to forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com This does NOT imply any form of approval of my company or its products by MSE"
