RBS Decree From 2006 - Need Advice

Dear All,
I decided to start a new thread instead of adding to my old one as I want to ask specific questions about this. I have just called the court and it would appear that there was indeed a decree extracted on 14th June 2006. To re-cap, the total sum due was £13345.54 including interest. I took no action whatsoever at that time, and no further action has been taken against me since. The last correspondence I received regarding this debt was in July this year, when I received three letters (for the three debts that make up the full amount), each from MacKenzie Hall on behalf of Capquest, who I believed purchased the debt from RBS. The amounts they ask for are as follows:
£7704.19 - Personal loan
£2,599.52 - Current Account (no overdraft - all bank charges)
£1047.63 - Current Account (no overdraft - all bank charges)
So they are no longer asking for the interest that the court applied in 2006 as far as I can make out.
I have a few questions:
To complicate things even further, I have now moved from the address they last wrote to me at, and I am scared to contact them with my new address until I have something to offer them. I really appreciate all your help in this

I have a few questions:
- As the debt has now been purchased, do Capquest have the same powers granted by the court that RBS had?
- If I make a payment arrangement for the larger of the three debts, would this show on my credit report?
- Would it be reasonable to make settlement offers lower than the amount requested for the two smaller debts?
To complicate things even further, I have now moved from the address they last wrote to me at, and I am scared to contact them with my new address until I have something to offer them. I really appreciate all your help in this
