all via one of my creditors lol
I owe money to Kays, and they are included in my DMP, but they have a backlog at the moment so I'm still getting calls from them. I got another phone call yesterday from their arrears team and spoke to a lovely lady who noticed that my accent doesn't match my address and asked me about it. The offices of Littlewoods (who are a part of kays) is in the town where I grew up and it turns out that the person who called me was in my year at school!
We spent a lovely few mins reminiscing, I just wish all phone calls from my creditors were so friendly lol
