Is it me, or has the box to add a promo code been taken off? I tried to use the code for some OK bedding and a mirror and it didn't deduct the 20% even though it said the code had been accepted, I tried to try again & now theres nowhere to put it?

Hi,
I just tried to order 12 glass bowls 12.5cm @ 99p each, I entered the 20% off code, it did say code accepted 20% off yet at the point of payment it still had NOT come off therefore I did not continue further with my transaction.
I have e-mailed their customer services to kindly honour the code.

Would def shop @ Cargo again as this was the first time BUT they do need to sort their website out for efficiency as it takes some perseverance!!!
