If you look at the T&Cs the NPN entry route says entries to be received by 31/03/05:

"6. . No purchase necessary. You can also enter by post by sending in your name, address and date of birth along with an 8 digit number sequence to Golden Wonder Win A Car NPR, PO Box 145, Ware, Herts, SG12 8ZN. Only 1 entry per stamped envelope. Entries from agents/third parties are invalid. Closing date for receipt of entries is 31.03.05. The promoter is not liable for non or late entry for whatsoever reason."
