right here i go
we currently have a mortgage with northern rock one of those together ones. the mortgage is for 95k and we got an unsecure loan for 25k. we are about to sell our current property and we've seen a new one for 125K.
our property has gone up in value by 15k so this would be our deposit.
my questions are
do the mortgage lenders give 95% of the asking price or 95% after we've knocked of the deposit?
and could we still get a little extra loan on top?

They will give 95% of the lower of the purchase price or the valuation (once it has been carried out)
