i have an account with Littlewoods, of which im paying off a tv,
I have these silver rewards of £10.99

Anyone know much about these? I cant even see how to use them

apparently you use them to purchase items. You used to be able to ask for a cheque or just use them as payment on your account. Someone from Littlewoods phoned me a few months ago & said you could only use them towards items from them now. I have just got some new shoes & aftershave with my rewards. You choose what you want & enter the amount on the order (ie £10.99)

ooh thanks. I wonder why they dont just take the £10.99 off what im already paying per month tho

Your rewards are earned against payments made to your account (over £20.00) As you have mentioned, you are at the Silver tier of the Rewards scheme which means that you currently earn 5% Rewards against each payment made to the account. The rewards can then be used against future orders you wish to make. You can progress up the tiers by shopping with us in consectutive seasons to earn Rewards at higher levels!

Just to advise that Rewards will not be earned on any financial service products such as insurance, extended service plans, gift cards or on delivery charges, admin charges, payments made through a Shopping Insurance claim or on Payments made using Rewards themselves.
