You said in a previous thread that you have 4 CCJ's?

And that at some point creditors were looking to get an attachment of earnings?

If so, then this could also very easily be a process server looking to deliver an order to attend court to provide "information"?

If it is then you mustn't ignore it completely.

Get the info that they deliver and contact bother the court and creditor/solicitors with details of the bankruptcy order.

Once you've done that I doubt you would still have to attend, but if you do it will be a simple matter with the bankruptcy order in place.

Yes I did have CCJs and I did have an attachment to earnings but this has now been cancelled... Only just though!!

I spoke to the people this morning and gave them my work address so they should be delivering the letter to me soon I'd imagine.

Thanks for the info, I hope I don't have to go to court as I really want all this to be over now. I thought I'd been through all the pain going bankrupt, I don't want it to carry on.

Could be a SD? Could be an IO to attend court?

Could be several things, or just an attempt by a debt collector to contact you directly.

Will be interesting to hear what this letter says.
