A few ideas...
The radio times website (https://www.radiotimes.com) has all the listings, the 5 terrestrial channels anyone can see the listings, you just have to register (FREE!) with the site to look at the other freeview and sky channels. Unfortunately there isn't an easy printing format, fair enough since they want to sell their magazines too!
I usually end up buying a paper at some point on the weekend, so I just make sure I keep hold of the TV listings when the rest goes in the recycling...
This would probably work out cheaper if you don't buy papers, #8.99 a year https://www.digiguide.com, has all channels and a printout facility.
If you live in London pick up the free papers every evening (none at the weekend though!)
For the BBC channels - on the bbc website there are listings for the various channels, and at the bottom of the listings a link for a printer friendly format. doesn't give all the program details though... this is the page for BBC2
