Best price for bath towels?

We're in desperate need of new bath towels. I saw them today in Asda for £4 each. Has anyone seen nice and fluffy bath towels lately for less than £4?
It's ages since we bought any so I'm not sure if that's a good price or not.
Thanks in advance.

Not sure how much they are in Primark - but I do like theirs too and usually a great price too. Probably under £4 and some nice styles too.No Longer addicted to Boots! - Well not today anyway!! :blushing:

The tesco value ones look ok but I would say with bath towels cheap is a false economy. Mum has had some christy towels since I was a teenager and they are still fluffy and soft. I am 35 now.Member no.1 of the 'I'm not in a clique' group :rotfl:

Not sure how close you are to the MacArthur Glen Retail Outlet near Sarn, but I went to mine in Ashford Kent and there is a shop there (Christys) that sells towels from John Lewis etc. I bought two BEAAAAAAAAAAAAUTIFUL bath towels @ £4 each. Knowing that they are for the 'upmarket' shops makes the spend even more worthwhile! "Never save something for a special occasion. Every day in your life is a special occasion". _party_0

Matalan towels are decent and they do some nice colours.
If you want higher quality, you can usually get the brand names at a discount at one the big outlet type centres.
I have a tendency to spoil my towels (with hair dye, make up, etc) long before they wear out so find the supermarket (better quality not value) fine. Mind you, I think for a thick, fluffy top quality bath sheet size, you'd be very luck to be getting something for under £4.0 -
We bought some flannels and bath sheets from Asda about 2 months ago the bath sheets were £6 each
They are fantastic quality and they wash lovely so thick and soft
I cant fault them at all i thought they were brilliant for the money0 -
Yeah, Asda towels remain soft after many washes. Christy ones are good too look out in TKmaxx they reduce theirs in the clerarances0

Thank you everyone. I'll take a trip to town and check out Primark and TKMaxx. Matalan and the outlet place in Bridgend are too far. Never mind. It's nice to hear that Asda's towels keep their fluffiness for a few washes.

I have a couple of the Tesco value bath sheets and they are fine if what you want to do is just dry yourself with them, not particularly fluffy but they do the job for less than £3.0
