Online competition attract loads of entries. Comp for fun because the odds are long. If you are persistant though you will win. Look at our winner's board. For most of us this is a hobby. We like chatting to each and the possiblity that when we open our post or in box there might just be something nice there. I love comping because it has given me all kinds of chances to do things that I could never otherwise do as a single parent. My French trip this summer being an example. Most compers are friendly, warm people too, which makes for good banter in the leaner times when no prizes arrive.0

Sorry, I should have added that most people click the thank you button as way of tracking entries as comps are often posted twice. Multiple entries usually disqualify you.0

And so say all of us - where else do you get people spending so much time lessening their chances of winning by giving away all the answers.0 -
Well said Prudent and also Business Post and Furndire. Its a shame that people can be so cynical isn't it. I don't post as much as I'd like but I always thank people for posting comps as I appreciate it takes time and effort. Without people like Prudent I wouldn't enter be able to enter a fraction of the comps listed on MSE. So a big thanks to all the posters :TMFW 2022 #88: £6620/£6000
