Looks like the one on 'Junior Apprentice' last night.:hello: “Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away” anon.0 -

I love the way Junior Apprentice implied it was a cool new product. We have 1 in the cupboard that is at least 15 years old - Breville Pie Magic.
Good, but never sees the light of day!0 -
Dont be conned! its not a pie 'maker' you have to do all the work of making a pie from scratch, its just a source of heat to cook it, in which case you might as well just bung it in the oven you already have!!!
Like all the waffle 'makers' or donut 'makers' etc around, its just a £6 Chinese toasted sandwich machine with a different shaped mould plate in it. And like the toasted sandwich machines of the world... they are all destined to end up gathering dust in the back of a cupboard when people get bored of the hassle.
If you must make a pie, save the foil trays from some bought ones, shove it in that and stick it in the oven - zero cost!0 -
Just about the only kitchen 'gadget' we have that gets used (and yes, we have far too many that sit in the back of the cupboard!) is the big George Forman that we have. It gets used for all sorts, from toasted sandwiches to grilled chicken to chicken satay.
What about others, do you have any favourites?0
