I saw an item recently in Martin's newsletter re Uniform Cleaning Allowance but foolishly deleted the newsletter and wondered if anyone could remember how to claim.

Check the first link below for eligibity and the second for details of how to claim. Basically you write to the tax office explaining what you want to claim and for when and they will send you a form P87 to fill in.
