Xmas bargain-Remington straighteners

I reserved 3 (for 2 of my daughters & myself) of these at my local branch of Comet @ £14.99 each last night as the cheapest I could get them on line was £34.99. They are over £40 most places-Boots, Superdrug etc.

I have had them before and they really are good. You can straighten hair from wet and its meant to be better for your hair than blow drying and straightening, as the moisture is retained.

I was contemplating getting a 4th set, as a back-up, as they were so cheap so I was even happier when I found out that the price had gone down to £9.99 overnight!! :j

I have gone on the website today but it says they are out of stock for collection. However, my local branch still had some in stock! You could try calling your local branch to get them to put them by for you? There are plenty of reviews online saying how good these are-Boots has over 30 reviews and 4.5/5 stars.

I bought these straighteners last year and they broke on me a couple of weeks ago - they make a fizzing noise and switch themselves off if you try to use them. A shame as I was really impressed with them until they broke! It's the first pair of straighteners ever to break on me. I paid nearly £40 for mine!

Grrr...just bought these from Boots last week for DD (£40.00).

If anyone's looking for them - just spoken to Comet, and there's instore stock at Carlisle / Hartlepool / Galashields only.
They're not expecting any more in - discontinued apparently.
