I have a letter from red collection services on behalf of lowell for a very old debt. There are 3 addresses on this letter, one is the registered office which is in tiny print at bottomof letter, one is a po box adress for cheque payments and the other is a po box for the customer relations deptartment for use in a complaint.
Which one should i sent it to please?!
Thanks, Cheryl

I'd probably try the 'customer relations' department. However if you are sending recorded and want to track then go for the registered address - as that will have to be signed for and po boxes usually are not.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0
