They screwed up on Data Protection amongst other things.
I'll have a look for the names of the people who wrote to me.
FA only ever asked 'can you pay the outstanding amount' and if the answer was 'no' then that was the end of their so calledCustomer Service and the start of their total lack of a duty of care to ensure that Customers got the correct help and assistance!
The award was virtually 'hush money'.
