Getting a parcel to the USA

Anyone know any good cheap options for getting a smallish parcel to the USA, I want to send a polo shirt to a friend over there, I would like to have it there for Thanksgiving next week and just wondering what is the best way to do that?

I always use Royal Mail. It usually arrives within the week. It is a good service.0

Wrap up the parcel as small as possible because it is priced on weight and size. If you post today it should be there for next week. Hope this helps,
