We've teamed up with our friends at Etihad Airways to give you the chance to win flights for two this Valentines Day. We have three prizes to give away.

Star prize - a pair of flights to Abu Dhabi + 2 nights accomodation at the 5* Emirates Palace Hotel*
Two runners up will each win a pair of return flights to Abu Dhabi.

Just fill out the form for the chance to win a return flight with Etihad Airways. Swap Bethnal Green for Abu Dhabi or Dulwich for Dubai, pretty much whichever one takes your fancy

Terms and conditions
1. The "Win flight tickets to Abu Dhabi prize draw" is only available to UK residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of Last Minute Network Limited or their subsidiaries, families, agencies or anyone directly connected with the prize draw are not eligible to enter.
2. To enter the prize draw, simply fill out the form at http://www.lastminute.com/site/competitions/etihad-competition.html between January 15 - 28 2007. Alternatively, you can enter the prize draw by emailing your name, email and postal address to flightspromos@lastminute.com quoting "Win flight tickets to Dubai" in the subject line. Entries must be received by midnight of Sunday January 28th 2007.
3. No purchase is necessary. [Only one entry per person].
4. There are two runners-up prizes to be won each consisting of a pair of Economy class tickets to Abu Dhabi flying on Etihad Airways. Transport to or from the airport, accommodation, food and beverages shall be the responsibility of the prize winner and their guest. 5. There is one 'star prize' which consists of a pair of economy class tickets to Abu Dhabi and two nights accomodation paid for at the 5* Emirates Palace Hotel in Abu Dhabi. The offer of accomodation is for the dates 14 - 16 February 2007 only, the cost of additional nights in this or another hotel must be paid by the winner. The hotel rooms are subject to availabilty and in the event that none are available at the Emirates Palace Hotel - lastminute.com may arrange for an alternative 4-5* accomodation of the companies chosing. The prize winner is under no obligation to accept the offer of accomodation and may simply accept the flight tickets. The offer of accomodation, if accepted, cannot be sold or exchanged for cash. The star prize does not include transport to or from the airport, food or beverages which shall be the responsibility of the prize winner and their guest.
5. Prize winner must pay their own aiport/passenger taxes/surcharges.
6. Travel should be completed by 30th June 2007 for the winning flight tickets. Travel is not permitted duting the dates 29th March - 8th April 2007. Travel is also subject to availability at time of booking. The promoter cannot guarantee tickets for any one particular date to the winner. Details of how to book will be sent to the prize draw winner.
7. The Prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable, non-refundable, and cannot be upgraded or exchanged for cash.
8. The name of the winning person(s) can be obtained by emailing flightspromo@lastminute.com. No other information will be released.
9. If due to circumstances outside the Promoter's control or if the Promoter deems it necessary to suspend, amend or cancel the prize draw, the Promoter reserves the right to do so.
10. No liability shall be taken for entries lost, damaged or delayed in transmission. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for participants being unable to connect to the Promoter's website or to participate in this prize draw, or if their entry is late or lost, due to any problem, technical or otherwise connected with their email or web connection. Proof of transmission is not proof of receipt.
11. No responsibility shall be taken for any occurrences resulting from the participant's connection to the Internet via the Promoter's website. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for any damage (whether material or non-material) caused to participants, to their computer equipment or to data which are stored on them, or to their personal, professional or commercial activities.
12. The prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable, non-refundable and there are no cash alternatives. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
13. lastminute.com may wish to use winners' names for editorial and publicity purposes on the lastminute.com website. It is a condition of entry to this competition that you agree to this use of your name. Any information provided by participants will be used by the Promoter for this prize draw and for updating participants of any other Promoter marketing activities.
