Cpn and doctor reporting me to dvla

My doctor and Cpn have reported me to the Dvla. They said this is because of my condition. My doctor previously told me i could drive, now he says i cant. i know ill be entitled to a freedom pass, does anyone know if i will be enititled to anything else, thanks
